In order to join DCA, it is a requirement to complete a beginner course.

Our beginner course is where you will taught how to shoot safely by one of our AGB qualified coaches or assistant coach. We will; teach you how to shoot, cover all aspects of target archery, demonstrate modern bows, show you range safety and advise you about buying equipment.

Adults: £65

Juniors (<18): £35

All equipment is provided and we are happy to teach anyone from the age 12 years and upwards, however we ask under 18's to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Our courses run for five consecutive weeks on a Saturday afternoon (13:30 - 16:00), so please ensure you can attend all sessions before booking in your place. 

When a course gets put up for sale, this will be announced on our Facebook page, and they tend to fill up fast, so keep an eye out and then book a place that suits you.

Booking

• Booking is done through our Eventbrite page.

• Look through the available courses and book.

• Select the "Tickets" option

• Select the type and amount of places you would like to book (1 ticket = 1 person).

• Click "Checkout"

• Fill out details your details and click "Place Order"

• Enter payment details and pay.

Once you do this you will receive an order confirmation email with; your order summary, event information and ticket/s attached.

​

You will receive a reminder email from our beginner liaison a week or two before the course.

Then just come along on the first session and enjoy!
